The Role & Responsibilities
This role is about more than answering queries—it is about guiding and reassuring travelers:
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
Field questions by phone, email, or live chat in a tone that conveys clarity, warmth, and professionalism, and ensure accurate answers on flight schedules, booking details, and general services - Assist with bookings, changes, and cancellations
Support customers in modifying travel arrangements, working closely with reservation systems and relevant departments to deliver smooth, hassle-free experiences - Maintain logs and documentation
Keep clear and detailed records of customer interactions, concerns, and outcomes, aiding team insights and improving future service quality - Collaborate with teammates and other departments
Work together with colleagues across functions—such as operations or marketing—to resolve complex issues or relay important updates. A team-oriented approach ensures efficiency and empathy - Support enhanced connectivity efforts
With Qatar Airways now operating 35 weekly flights to and from Colombo, staying informed of schedule updates and communicating changes to customers becomes especially important
