The Role & Responsibilities

As a Data Assistant, you will contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes by supporting data-driven decisions with care and accuracy:

  • Collect, validate, and organize data
    You’ll gather information from multiple sources—such as patient records, service logs, and performance dashboards—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality when preparing data for analysis.
  • Support data analysis and reporting
    By assisting in creating spreadsheets, charts, or summaries, you’ll help highlight trends, patterns, or areas for improvement that inform operational or strategic planning.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
