The Role & Responsibilities

As a Trade Finance Professional, you will bring Euro Exim Bank’s trade solutions to clients across your region, serving as a key conduit between the bank and businesses in need of secure, efficient financial services.

Identify and develop new client leads: Use your network and outreach skills to connect with export and import businesses, introducing them to suitable trade finance solutions.
Present and explain trade instruments: Clearly walk clients through products—such as Letters of Credit, SBLCs, Bank Guarantees—highlighting how each can safeguard transactions and improve liquidity.
Conduct client due diligence: Assist with AML, KYC, and PEPs checks, ensuring compliance and building trust with both clients and internal teams.
Manage client relationships: Nurture relationships through active follow-up, personalized support, and timely communications to support closure of trade transactions.
Achieve sales through commission-based structure: Your income will directly reflect your success; no fixed salary—earn based on your dedication and results (6.5% to 15% commission depending on transaction volume)

Qualifications

We’re looking for a professional who brings both trade acumen and sales instinct:

Minimum of 1 year in financial consulting or corporate/institutional banking: You understand trade finance fundamentals and can relate to client needs
Strong communication and negotiation skills: You can confidently explain complex instruments and close deals in a remote environment.
Familiarity with KYC, AML, and PEP frameworks: Prior experience navigating compliance checks will give you an edge
High attention to detail and accuracy: Small compliance or documentation errors can derail deals—precision is essential.
Reliable remote work setup: You should have a dependable internet connection, mobile phone, and computer (with webcam), ready to handle client interactions and digital onboarding
