The Opportunity

Join a pioneering semiconductor company at the forefront of next-generation RF technology. As a Product Engineer, you will sit at the crossroads of engineering, product strategy, and customer delivery—transforming complex RF concepts into high-performance, market-ready solutions.

The Role

This is a broad, high-impact position that moves beyond narrow design. You will own the product at a system level, acting as the vital technical link between RF, IC, software, and manufacturing. Your mission is to ensure every product is performant, scalable, and optimized for real-world deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Ownership: Convert customer needs and market trends into precise technical specifications.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across design, test, and validation teams.

  • Product Readiness: Lead NPI and manufacturing efforts, focusing on yield, DfM (Design for Manufacture), and DfT (Design for Test).

  • Validation Strategy: Define and oversee validation strategies, including Lab and Over-the-Air (OTA) testing.

  • Technical Communication: Support the creation of datasheets and application notes while serving as a key interface for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise: A solid background in RF, wireless, analog, or mixed-signal semiconductor products.

  • Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience in NPI, product validation, or general semiconductor product environments.

  • System-Level Thinking: The ability to understand RF measurements and performance trade-offs across multiple disciplines.

  • Collaborative Mindset: A professional who thrives in cross-functional settings and takes full ownership of outcomes.
