FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach Truck)

Location: Chatham Rate: £13.50 per hour Contract: Temporary (Immediate Start)

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable FLT Driver to join a busy operation in Chatham. This is a temporary placement starting immediately, ideal for someone who is safety-conscious and ready to hit the ground running.

Working Hours

• Shift: 04:00 – 12:00 (Early morning shift)

• Location: Chatham (Candidates must have their own transport due to the start time).

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance (and Reach) forklift trucks efficiently.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Managing stock movement safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strictly adhering to all site health and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensing: A valid, external Counterbalance licence is essential. A Reach Truck licence is highly preferred.

• Mobility: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to the 4:00 AM start.

• Experience: Proven background in logistics or warehouse environments.

• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and committed to workplace safety.
