About the Role

Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes is looking for a confident, motivated, and experienced Workshop Controller to lead our Service Department in running a high-efficiency, prestige workshop.

Our goal is to provide an effortless and enjoyable experience for every customer. We achieve this through a team of highly skilled professionals supported by industry-leading training. About You

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced workshop. You should be able to:

• Ensure Quality: Maintain a “Fixed First Visit” culture with a commitment to elite workmanship.

• Lead with Passion: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to manage a team representing a prestigious global brand.

• Deliver Excellence: Show a genuine passion for outstanding customer service.
