Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance FLT Driver

Location: Halesfield, Telford

Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour (with potential to increase)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:00

The Role

Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated operative to join our client in Halesfield. This is a varied role within a chilled warehouse environment, offering consistent hours and a friendly team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance (CB) FLT truck for dispatch duties.

• Picking and packing orders within a chilled environment.

• Sealing, labeling, and palletizing goods for transport.

• General yard maintenance and ensuring the workspace is tidy.

What We Are Looking For

• Certification: Must hold a valid, current Counterbalance FLT certificate.

• Experience: Previous background in dispatch or warehouse operations is preferred.

• Environment: Comfortable working in a cold/chilled setting.

• Attitude: A positive, flexible approach to tasks and a willingness to undergo further training.
