The Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a Senior Finance Business Partner role specifically supporting our IT division. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape financial insights, guide strategic decision-making, and drive real value across the organization.

You will be at the heart of building strong partnerships between IT and Finance—ensuring robust cost control, enabling smart investment decisions, and embedding forward-looking financial processes within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis: Provide clear financial narratives and insights to help IT and Finance leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Risk Management: Identify financial pressures and opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective intervention plans.

  • Investment Leadership: Lead the financial input for business cases, managing everything from initial assessment and sign-off to ongoing benefits realization.

  • Performance Tracking: Create and maintain a trusted IT performance scorecard that integrates both financial and non-financial metrics.

  • Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, governance, and management information.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to constructively challenge and support senior stakeholders.
