Key Accountabilities:

  • Customer & Safety Advocacy: Lead safety investigations and manage urgent customer requests, including concessions and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support.

  • Project Governance: Utilize established project management tools to define scope, manage schedules, and mitigate risks within financial and contractual constraints.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and mentor integrated product teams across engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing.

  • Strategic Input: Contribute to budget forecasting, resource planning, and the development of Statements of Work (SOW) for external support.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background with complex aerospace products and safety-critical systems.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of airworthiness requirements.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects using standard PM toolsets.
