The Role

As the Senior Services Manager for Customer Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in representing GE Aerospace across the Europe and Africa region. You will be responsible for the execution and administration of key pre- and post-customized service agreements, ensuring functional and business objectives are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead diverse teams horizontally to drive excellence in contract execution, management, and overall profitability.

• Operational Excellence: Meet shop visit targets while ensuring long-term fleet stability and reliability.

• Process Innovation: Utilize “Flight Deck,” GE’s lean operating model, to enhance problem-solving and streamline processes.

• Contract Management: Oversee both service agreements and “Time and Material” programs, serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal organizations.

• Strategic Growth: Assist in sales campaigns for new proposals and influence regional strategy by interpreting industry trends and business challenges.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant expertise in Services and Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level equivalent to a Master’s degree or extensive relevant industry experience.

• Background: Deep experience within GE Aerospace (Engineering, Services, Customer Support, or Shop Operations) is highly desired.

• Communication: Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Vetting: Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
