The Role

Bayview House is seeking a dedicated Social Care Assistant to join our residential team. You will play a vital role in supporting older people, ensuring they receive high-quality personal care while maintaining as much independence and dignity as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Provide direct support to service users in a residential care setting in accordance with current legislation.

  • Promote Well-being: Work flexibly within the care home to maximize the abilities and physical/emotional health of our residents.

  • Team Collaboration: Assist the wider care team in delivering person-centered support.

  • Independence: Help service users lead active, independent lives within the care environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Approach: A compassionate, flexible, and patient-centered attitude.

  • Language: Applications from Gaelic speakers are highly welcomed. / Tha fàilte air tagraidhean bho luchd-labhairt na Gàidhlig.
