The Role & Responsibilities

As a Freelance Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how GLAMOURIQ communicates with its audience. This position requires a balance of creative thinking, analytical skills, and market awareness. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing marketing strategies tailored to both online and offline channels to drive customer engagement and sales. This involves researching market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice and engages the target audience.
Coordinating with designers and photographers to create promotional material that reflects GLAMOURIQ’s identity and seasonal collections.
Managing customer feedback and engagement, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner while turning customer interactions into lasting relationships.
Analyzing campaign performance using digital marketing tools, reporting results, and recommending improvements for future initiatives.
Supporting event promotions, from store launches to seasonal campaigns, ensuring brand visibility in both digital and physical spaces.

Qualifications
