Band 6/7 Physiotherapist – Community Neurology & Rehab

Location: Lancashire (In-person & Community) Salary: £46,941 – £51,295 (Pro-rata) Client: JustPhysio

The Role

JustPhysio is seeking a passionate and skilled Band 6/7 Physiotherapist for a rewarding role in Lancashire. This position offers a unique blend of clinical autonomy and collaborative teamwork within a supportive, friendly environment. You will deliver life-changing neurological rehabilitation to a diverse caseload ranging from early childhood through to adulthood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments, treatments, and goal-setting for patients with complex conditions.

  • Community Outreach: Provide care across various settings, including the main clinic, schools, nurseries, home visits, and hydrotherapy locations.

  • Specialized Therapy: Deliver treatments both on-land and within hydrotherapy environments.

  • Collaboration: Liaise with families, carers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

  • Development: Participate in ongoing CPD and provide education/training to the wider team as required.

Requirements

  • Certification: HCPC registration and a valid DBS check are mandatory.

  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of neurological rehab best practices and strong clinical reasoning.

  • Experience: Post-graduate Bobath training and evidence of continuous CPD are highly valued.

  • Mobility: A valid Driving Licence with Business Insurance and access to a car is essential, as you will be working across the Northwest.

  • Availability: Ability to facilitate after-school appointments.
