The Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you are the vital link between Rexel and our clients. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities to meet branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide top-tier service over the phone, via email, and face-to-face to drive long-term loyalty.

• Account Management: Act as the first point of contact for key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and building rapport.

• Business Development: Target and convert new prospects into profitable, long-term accounts.

• Branch Support: Collaborate with the wider team by assisting at the Trade Counter or supporting warehouse operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
