The Opportunity

Vertu Hyundai Exeter has an exciting opening for a confident, motivated Business Manager to join our high-performing team. Working alongside an experienced Sales Manager and fellow Business Manager, you will be part of a supportive environment focused on growth and excellence.

The Role

As Business Manager, you will be a driving force behind the department’s performance, ensuring every customer receives a transparent and compliant experience. Your key responsibilities include:

• Finance & Insurance: Building and presenting F&I deals to customers following the sales handover.

• Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to all F&I regulations and internal processes.

• Sales Leadership: Driving the sale of finance, warranties, insurance, and paint protection products.

• Team Support: Assisting colleagues with customer interactions and championing our “ActiveSales” process.

• Customer Excellence: Delivering a 5-star experience while meeting departmental performance targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A background as a Business Manager or Sales Executive within the automotive industry.

• Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of finance and insurance product regulations.

• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with customers.

• Professionalism: The ability to work under pressure and maintain a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

• License: A full UK driving licence is essential.
