The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Commercialization: Develop comprehensive rollout plans, including product positioning, governance, and sales force training.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to create compelling, commercially viable value propositions.

• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial reviews at market and client levels to guide strategic decision-making.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversight of existing SCF products and new developments, ensuring adherence to global methodologies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong networks across global functions, trade associations, and customer groups to identify trends and cascade strategy.

• Team Leadership: Foster a sense of ownership within the product team to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven background in Banking and Supply Chain Finance.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of global Trade Finance structures, including pre-export and structured commodity finance.

• Analytical Skills: Expert-level financial analysis and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strategic Mindset: A track record of successful product management and the confidence to challenge traditional operating models.

• Global Collaboration: Ability to work independently within a complex, culturally diverse matrix organization.
