The Role
Join one of the world’s leading financial organizations as a Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain Finance. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategic commercialization to the decommissioning of legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Commercialization: Develop comprehensive rollout plans, including product positioning, governance, and sales force training.

Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to create compelling, commercially viable value propositions.

Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial reviews at market and client levels to guide strategic decision-making.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversight of existing SCF products and new developments, ensuring adherence to global methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong networks across global functions, trade associations, and customer groups to identify trends and cascade strategy.

Team Leadership: Foster a sense of ownership within the product team to drive profitability and operational excellence.
Requirements

Experience: Proven background in Banking and Supply Chain Finance.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of global Trade Finance structures, including pre-export and structured commodity finance.

Analytical Skills: Expert-level financial analysis and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strategic Mindset: A track record of successful product management and the confidence to challenge traditional operating models.
