Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on the sustainable growth of your portfolio by:

  • Driving Growth: Identifying opportunities to expand your portfolio and broadening client relationships through HSBC’s extensive global network.

  • Needs-Based Solutions: Increasing revenue by deeply understanding customer needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.

  • Strategic Insights: Building a thorough understanding of your clients’ industries to provide valuable insights and ensure fair outcomes.

  • Risk Management: Conducting proactive credit risk assessments and customer due diligence.

  • Compliance: Confidently managing financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to HSBC standards and local policies.

  • Efficiency: Effectively managing resources to prioritize high-quality client engagement and site visits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Networking Excellence: A proven ability to build trust-based relationships across various business areas.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for productive dialogue with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Financial Literacy: The ability to interpret financial accounts and translate that knowledge into high-quality credit papers.

  • Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge of Commercial Banking products (complex and non-complex), business structures, and systems such as Browser Main Menu and CARM.

  • Organization: Exceptional planning skills to manage both anticipated tasks and unexpected events.
