Strategic Insights: Building a thorough understanding of your clients’ industries to provide valuable insights and ensure fair outcomes.

Risk Management: Conducting proactive credit risk assessments and customer due diligence.

Compliance: Confidently managing financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to HSBC standards and local policies.

Efficiency: Effectively managing resources to prioritize high-quality client engagement and site visits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Networking Excellence: A proven ability to build trust-based relationships across various business areas.

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for productive dialogue with both internal teams and external clients.

Financial Literacy: The ability to interpret financial accounts and translate that knowledge into high-quality credit papers.

Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge of Commercial Banking products (complex and non-complex), business structures, and systems such as Browser Main Menu and CARM.

Organization: Exceptional planning skills to manage both anticipated tasks and unexpected events.
