Key Duties
As a Call Center / Customer Experience Executive at Lyceum Campus, you will play an important role in supporting students, parents, and other stakeholders by delivering a professional and positive service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Offering accurate information, guidance, and timely support to queries.
- Logging customer interactions and maintaining proper records.
- Identifying and resolving issues, or escalating them to the appropriate departments when required.
- Actively contributing to improving the overall customer experience.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. The ideal applicant should have:
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (knowledge of Tamil is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service setting (preferred but not essential).
