Key Duties
As an Accounts Assistant at Estile Asia, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s day-to-day financial activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling petty cash transactions and ensuring proper records are maintained.
- Assisting the Senior Accountant with day-to-day accounting operations.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Supporting internal and external audit processes with relevant documentation.
- Preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
- Using BUSY Accounting Software and other accounting tools effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Male applicants below 22 years of age.
- GCE A/L in Commerce stream or partly qualified in AAT.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Prior experience in accounting or a related role will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
