Key Duties
As a Sales Executive at SBT CO., Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth in both international and local markets. The role requires adaptability to day and night shifts while delivering exceptional sales performance. Core duties include:
- Managing sales activities and handling inquiries from clients across Sri Lanka and overseas.
- Communicating effectively with customers, providing product information, and assisting in decision-making.
- Negotiating sales deals while maintaining professionalism and building strong client relationships.
- Staying updated with Sri Lanka’s vehicle import regulations and ensuring compliance during transactions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should possess:
- Strong fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Professional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka’s vehicle import rules and regulations.
- Willingness to work in rotating day and night shifts.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of LKR 80,000 – 90,000.
