Key Duties
As a UI & UX Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging interfaces that elevate user experiences across digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing mobile and web interfaces.
- Focusing primarily on mobile-first design strategies to optimize usability.
- Collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and fellow designers to bring concepts to life.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to ensure designs align with user expectations.
- Utilizing tools such as Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design assets.
- Presenting design solutions and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Keeping up with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and design software (especially Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous mobile and web design projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
