Key Duties
Email Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus – 80%)
- Design and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, customer journeys, template creation, automation, and testing.
- Build and optimise automated email workflows such as welcome series, lead nurturing, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailtrap, MailModo, or HubSpot.
- Write compelling subject lines, preheaders, and body copy to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Track and report on deliverability, engagement, and revenue impact, using insights to refine future campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
SEO & Landing Page Support (10%)
- Conduct keyword research to strengthen email content and landing pages.
- Apply basic SEO principles to optimise email-driven landing pages.
- Monitor performance metrics such as rankings and page speed, recommending improvements where needed.
Paid Ads Coordination (10%)
- Align email campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies.
- Provide input on ad creatives and targeting to ensure campaigns complement each other effectively.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in email or EDM marketing, either agency-based or in a dynamic in-house role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with major email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailtrap, MailModo, HubSpot), knowledge of HTML/CSS for template adjustments, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics.
- Creative Tools: Canva and basic Photoshop skills.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with keyword research and basic optimisation practices.
- Other Skills: Strong copywriting, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with international markets (Australia, Canada, USA, Singapore).
- Exposure to paid-advertising platforms.
- Basic CRM or marketing automation integration knowledge.
