Key Duties
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and supporting the company’s mission of customer-focused service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, approaching, and engaging new potential clients.
- Conducting professional sales presentations and explaining insurance solutions clearly.
- Providing personalized customer service to strengthen client relationships.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Coaching and guiding junior sales staff to improve team performance.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies that enhance market reach and company goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with proven service experience.
- Confidence in negotiating and convincing customers.
- Solid understanding of financial products and insurance services.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong “go-getter” approach.
- Minimum of 6 passes at G.C.E. O/L, including Mathematics.
- Applicants residing in Gampola, Kandy, Nawalapitiya, or Pussellawa are encouraged to apply.
- School leavers with strong motivation will also be considered.
