Key Duties
As a Call Center Coordinator, you will be a key part of Harpo’s Online Delivery Service Team. Your role will involve ensuring smooth delivery operations and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with restaurant and delivery teams to guarantee timely service.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide customer support, assist with orders, and respond to inquiries.
- Accurately record bookings, transactions, and delivery details.
- Address customer concerns, resolving issues where possible and escalating when necessary.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; Sinhala and Tamil are advantageous.
- Confident in using IT systems and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
