Key Duties
As a Fractional Chief Executive Officer at Humiint, you will guide organizations through critical transitions. Your responsibilities include:
- Shaping and executing overall business strategy in collaboration with boards and stakeholders.
- Driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Building and aligning executive teams around strategic objectives.
- Acting as a key representative to investors, partners, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Leading fundraising initiatives, capital allocation, and investor relations.
- Managing transformation projects, including restructuring, market expansion, or strategic pivots.
- Fostering company culture, leadership development, and team accountability.
- Supporting exit planning, mergers and acquisitions, or transition to permanent leadership.
Requirements
Candidates should bring significant executive experience and a proven record of leading organizations through complex challenges:
- Previous roles as CEO, Founder, or C-suite executive with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, scale businesses, or launch ventures successfully.
- Strong operational expertise across finance, human resources, product, and marketing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or M&A is highly advantageous.
- Versatility across industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer goods, financial services, or education.
- Experience in fractional, interim, or advisory executive roles is preferred.
