The Role & Responsibilities

Developing multi-platform content (blogs, social media, newsletters) that strengthen our mission of promoting lifelong self-education. You will help our audience connect with authors, ideas, and learning journeys.
Writing and editing original content that reflects deep research into nonfiction topics, delivering not just information but meaningful perspectives that provoke thought and discussion.
Supporting promotional campaigns, including tailored product features (e.g., new nonfiction releases) and thematic series tied to global awareness days or literary milestones. Your storytelling will help drive customer engagement and sales.
Collaborating with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure timely content tied to book availability, inventory highlights, or delivery features that excite readers through both message and convenience.
Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing engagement trends (views, clicks, shares), and refining content strategies to deepen audience reach and retention.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a candidate who brings:

Proven writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft well-researched, clear, and engaging narratives — not repackaged or repetitive descriptions, but original content that reflects the depth and value that Flashbooks stands for.
Experience in digital storytelling, especially within educational, retail, or publishing contexts, where audience engagement and trust depend on quality and insight.
Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO, able to optimize articles and posts for search visibility and easy discovery by readers seeking nonfiction learning resources.
Strong research capabilities, aligning with our belief in intelligent, meaningful content creation—not just expanding but enriching every piece with context, author background, and relevance.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in information about titles, authors, shipping, and internal operations. Precision supports credibility, especially when illuminating potentials.
