Key Duties
As a Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out new technical solutions and system improvements.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues with a systematic approach.
- Evaluating and recommending upgrades to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Documenting technical processes and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Conducting audits to maintain compliance with internal standards.
- Delivering training and providing user support to improve overall system efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system challenges.
- Experience in IT system analysis, with the ability to pinpoint weaknesses and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.

- Preparedness to submit identification and relevant certificates when required.
