Key Duties
As a Construction Site Manager, you will take ownership of the final stage of a beach resort development project, focusing on the finishing phase and project handover. This role requires a mix of leadership, technical oversight, and hands-on involvement to ensure quality delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the client’s on-site representative, providing progress reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Managing day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, and quality control in collaboration with the QS and consulting teams.
- Leading site activities with a particular emphasis on finishing works, MEP installations, and overall completion standards.
- Ensuring timely achievement of project milestones while maintaining strict budget and quality requirements.
- Overseeing documentation and handover processes to support successful project completion.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate both technical capability and leadership experience, specifically in hotel or resort developments.
- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the construction sector.
- Proven track record in at least two hotel construction projects, including finishing and handover.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Familiarity with the SBD2 contract (CIDA).
- Excellent organizational, financial management, and communication skills.
- Ability to mobilize and start work within two weeks.
- Prior involvement in hotel project completion or pre-opening phases will be considered a strong advantage.
Pay & Benefits
