Key Duties
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your focus will be on generating new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting & Research: Understand company services, conduct market research, and identify new client opportunities.
- Outreach & Engagement: Connect with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to spark interest and build relationships.
- Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients’ needs and determine alignment with company services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools to ensure consistent progress.
- Collaboration: Work alongside sales and operations teams to align strategies and gather market insights.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments for consultants to present services to qualified prospects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Proactive, resilient, and target-driven personality.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a structured pipeline.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: LKR 85,000 – 100,000.
- Performance-based incentive scheme.
- Standard workweek: Monday to Friday, plus a half-day on Saturdays.
