Senior Analyst – Accounts Payable

- Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, standard working days; occasional weekend support may be required based on client needs)
- Salary Range: LKR 150,000 – 200,000
Key Duties
As a Senior Analyst – Accounts Payable, you will play a critical role in managing the Accounts Payable process for global clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for the assigned entity.
- Processing invoices (PO and non-PO), vendor creation, and managing payments.
- Resolving vendor queries and handling disputes efficiently.
- Conducting quality checks on weekly financial transactions.
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance for all financial transactions.
- Preparing reports such as dashboards and weekly SLA updates for management.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Solid experience in Procure-to-Pay / Accounts Payable functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Practical experience in invoice processing, vendor management, and payment handling.
- Exposure to Oracle systems (an advantage, but not mandatory).
- Prior experience working with international clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Background in Oil & Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucks, Marine), or Heavy Industries will be an added advantage.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary between LKR 150,000 – 200,000.
