Key Duties
As the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations while upholding premium service standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and related areas.
- Maintaining a guest-centric culture with a focus on delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Implementing operational policies, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Driving efficiency through resource optimization, cost control measures, and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals and career growth.
- Partnering with the General Manager and senior leadership on long-term strategic plans and initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Prior management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset.
- Results-oriented approach with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Educational background in Hotel Management or a related discipline is an advantage.
