We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join Kandy Myst by Cinnamon. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day front desk operations of the hotel and ensure providing personalized and overall exceptional experience service to hotel guests.

Responsibilities
• This role will provide necessary training to all personnel working front desk operation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle Guest Feedback, Social Media Reviews, and drive financial performance.
• Responsible for handling any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and providing necessary solutions.
