Manager Business Operations & New Projects
Location: Colombo | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution:
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of a wide range of business improvement projects, such as organizational change initiatives, new service launches, operational restructuring, and process redesign.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with business sponsors and senior management.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to high-quality standards using structured project management methodologies.
Business Process Management (BPM):
• Conduct detailed analysis of current-state business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized future-state processes and work streams across departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance).
