Key Duties
As an Assistant – Merchandising at MAS Active, you will play a key role in supporting the merchandising team to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement workflows.
- Monitoring supplier deliveries and proactively following up on timelines.
- Coordinating performer invoices, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collecting and maintaining essential documentation such as test reports, inspection records, and goods received notes (GRNs).
- Assisting with SAP data cleansing activities to keep systems updated and reliable.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Physical Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in merchandising or a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities to support cross-functional teams.
