The Role & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will go beyond simple administrative tasks; you will play a vital role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and welcoming. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Coordination: Assist in responding to client inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing courteous and efficient service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Help monitor stock levels of office supplies and promotional items, ensuring the team always has the resources they need to deliver on time.
  • Document Preparation: Draft letters, reports, and other communications with accuracy and professionalism, supporting both management and team members.
  • Team Assistance: Offer logistical and clerical support during projects, events, or promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth execution of company initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can bring both skills and enthusiasm to the role. Qualifications include:

  • Educational Background: This Job has should be A minimum Advanced Level or equivalent qualification. A diploma or certificate in administration, or IT is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy is required. Familiarity with email correspondence and database management will be beneficial.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala are essential. Tamil proficiency will be an added asset.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data, documents, and scheduling with accuracy and consistency.
  • Time Management: Must be capable of balancing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
