The Role & Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.   • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with clarity and patience while maintaining a courteous tone.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: should be high school diploma . A diploma or degree in communication, business, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and Sinhala is essential. Tamil fluency is considered a plus, as it broadens our ability to serve diverse clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using call management systems, CRM software, and basic office tools such as email and spreadsheets.
