Job Role (Coordinator)
• Manage and nurture partnerships with leading local and international hotels across Sri Lanka.
• Coordinate with overseas hospitality brands to secure internship opportunities for graduating students.
• Lead event sponsorship initiatives by engaging with industry partners to secure special award sponsorships.
• Organize and facilitate industry guest sessions, connecting students with professionals to enhance their learning and industry readiness.
• Arrange and accompany students on familiarization tours at hotels to provide firsthand industry exposure.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Pursue or possess a postgraduate qualification (MBA/ Master’s in Hospitality or International Business) as an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, higher education, or industry relations.
• Experience in stakeholder management, partnerships, or student placement coordination.
• Exposure to working with international brands or cross-cultural environments preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills with local and international industry partners.
