We are looking for a dynamic and business-minded individual to join our Innovation team as Executive – Business Entrepreneur (Market Intel and Customer Insights). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities that combine consumer insights, global market trends, and MAS’s unique capabilities to deliver impactful and commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new areas of opportunity for Femography by analyzing global markets and consumer trends, and pairing them with MAS’s core capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end consumer, including demographics, behaviors, attitudes, unmet and under-met needs.
• Conduct consumer research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups where required.
