Key Duties
As an Executive – Regional Operations & Maintenance, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth regional operations and supporting management activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and consolidating base station data for reporting purposes.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal regional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Organizing regional and divisional meetings, along with assisting in event-related logistics.
- Monitoring requirements of regional offices and providing support for ongoing projects.
- Preparing expenditure documentation and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Contributing to process automation initiatives and continuous efficiency improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should demonstrate both technical skills and strong organizational abilities. Key qualifications include:
- A degree in General Management or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude with the capacity to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
