Key Duties
As an Imports Compliance Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant import processes for mobile phones and consumer electronic products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing approval documents for TRC authorizations and import control licenses related to mobile phone shipments.
- Coordinating with the Mobile Phone Service Centre to obtain approvals for import/export of defective and replacement units.
- Maintaining shipment databases to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Handling SLSI approvals for consumer electronic products.
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional with:
- Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. (A/L).
- A Diploma or Certificate in Import/Export Procedures from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting.
- Proven exposure to working with TRC and import control processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills (MS Office and ERP systems).
- A valid driver’s license (mandatory).
