Key Duties
As a Contact Centre Executive, you will:
- Communicate with international clients in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and empathetic communication across all interactions.
- Work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends, while maintaining service quality standards.
- Support the wider team in delivering smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written) with clear articulation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexibility to work on shifts and weekends (5 days a week).
- Prior experience in a contact centre or customer support role is highly desirable.
