Key Duties
As an Account Executive – BCP & Data Analysis, you will support Quess Lanka’s business continuity and reporting functions through data-driven insights and structured processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing stakeholder BCP exercise reports and preparing consolidated insights.
- Supporting onsite BCP assessments and compliance reviews.
- Developing performance and compliance reports for management.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards in Tableau for enhanced data visualization.
- Using Excel, MS Access, and other analytical tools to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Ensuring all documentation and reports are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate both academic and practical expertise:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business, IT, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Completion of a professional qualification such as CIMA, CA, IBSL, CMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and the full Office Suite; familiarity with Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Age between 24 – 35 years.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
