The Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders to promote our educational programs. Your role will not be limited to making sales but will involve creating meaningful connections that lead to long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Educational Programs: Actively market and present our diploma, degree, and professional training courses to prospective students.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with clients by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through enrollment processes.
  • Market Outreach: Participate in campaigns, seminars, and promotional events that showcase Pioneer’s offerings to the wider community.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, demonstrating initiative and strategic thinking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic counselors, marketing teams, and the admissions department to ensure smooth student onboarding.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management for performance evaluation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring both professional skills and the right mindset.

  • Educational Background: A diploma or degree in marketing, business management, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or educational counseling will be highly advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is a plus) to engage effectively with a diverse audience.
  • Tech-Savviness: Ability to use CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms to manage client interactions.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations during seminars and outreach programs.
