About the Role – Factory / Plant Accountant
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Factory / Plant Accountant to join a leading fabric manufacturing organization. This role will focus on managing financial operations at the plant level, controlling production costs, and supporting management in strategic decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage plant-level accounting functions, including cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, performance reports, and cost analysis for the production and operations teams.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales departments to monitor manufacturing costs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization measures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking KPIs for plant operations.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial information.
