Key Duties
As a Finance Assistant at Revolucion Fitness Studios, you will support the smooth running of financial operations across the company. Your work will contribute to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with the financial insights needed for growth. Core duties include:
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assisting with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Conducting financial analysis to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitoring cash flow and maintaining strong banking relationships.
- Assisting in tax preparation and compliance tasks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring both technical skills and strong attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience with accounting software and MS Office tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar finance role (preferred).
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline (an advantage).
