Key Duties
As an Intern in Product Development, you will gain hands-on experience working with one of the region’s most innovative apparel manufacturers. Your role will focus on supporting the product development team while contributing to projects that blend performance, technology, and fashion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in managing and executing product development projects.
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Providing day-to-day support to the product development team in areas related to design, operations, and production.
- Collaborating across departments to contribute to innovative product solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Textile, Engineering, or Physical Sciences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
- Knowledge of fabrication, yarn, or operations will be an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits
- Monthly stipend between LKR 25,000 – 50,000.
