Assistant Brand Manager – Dialog Group
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to align the company’s vision with actionable brand plans and go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and analyze consumer insights to drive innovation, market share growth, and brand superiority across various communication mediums.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Management & Execution

Strategy Alignment: Align the corporate vision and overarching business strategy with comprehensive brand plans.

Go-To-Market Plans: Translate brand strategies into actionable, high-impact go-to-market strategies.

Campaign Delivery: Develop and execute effective brand plans aligned with the product funnel and project timelines.

Project Precision: Manage key marketing projects, product launches, and nationwide campaigns with high precision.

Brand Consistency: Ensure absolute brand consistency across all marketing, activation, and advertising efforts.
Innovation & Market Insights

Drive Innovation: Drive innovation across product development, marketing communication, and emerging media channels.

Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to constantly enhance brand positioning.

Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and spearhead innovative growth strategies to maintain relevance and boost sales volumes.

Performance Tracking: Measure, evaluate, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder & Agency Management

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively manage external creative and media agencies.
Entry Requirements
The Person

Education: A university degree or a recognized professional qualification in Marketing (such as CIM or SLIM).

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in brand management, campaign execution, or a closely related role.

Industry Domain: Strong knowledge and a proven track record in advertising, sales operations, and marketing principles.

Creative Mindset: Highly creative with a demonstrated ability to think out of the box.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the power to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.

Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability: Fully capable of working and thriving in a fast-paced, highly agile corporate environment.
