Job Responsibilities

Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

Oversee accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting in compliance with CBSL requirements.

Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Audit, Risk, and Compliance to uphold strong financial discipline.

Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives, promoting responsible and impactful [text cuts off in the image].
The Person (Qualifications & Experience)

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5–6 years at a Senior Management Level within Banking and Financial Services.

Professional Qualification: Professional qualification in Finance (ACA / CIMA / ACCA, etc.).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university (an MBA is an added advantage).

Knowledge Base: Strong knowledge of the CBSL regulatory framework, IFRS, and corporate governance standards.

Age Preference: Preferably between 40 – 55 years.
