Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

  • Oversee accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting in compliance with CBSL requirements.

  • Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Audit, Risk, and Compliance to uphold strong financial discipline.

  • Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives, promoting responsible and impactful [text cuts off in the image].

The Person (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5–6 years at a Senior Management Level within Banking and Financial Services.

  • Professional Qualification: Professional qualification in Finance (ACA / CIMA / ACCA, etc.).

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university (an MBA is an added advantage).

  • Knowledge Base: Strong knowledge of the CBSL regulatory framework, IFRS, and corporate governance standards.

  • Age Preference: Preferably between 40 – 55 years.
