Join our Risk Management Team and play a key role in strengthening the organization’s risk governance framework supporting the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks across all business functions in alignment with regulatory requirements and the company’s risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, and procedures in compliance with CBSL guidelines and best practices.

  • Identify, assess, and monitor key risks including credit, market, liquidity, operational, and strategic risks across business units.

  • Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and management information (MIS) for the Board Integrated Risk Management Committee, Board, and Senior Management.

  • Support the development and maintenance of the risk register and risk appetite statements.

  • Performing stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy assessments.

  • Support the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Operational Risk Management functions.

  • Prepare IT and cyber security risk dashboards and reports for senior management and Board Integrated Risk Management committees.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization. Experience in the Banking and Finance industry would be an added advantage.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or relevant professional qualifications in risk management.

  • Advanced Degrees: A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.

  • Specialized Exposure: Experience in IT and cyber security risk-related exposure would be an added advantage.
