Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive – Fixed Deposits

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
- Support the organization and execution of promotional events, customer engagement programs, and outreach activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain marketing databases and prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Liaise with external vendors, media, and agencies as required.
- Contribute to brand awareness efforts and ensure alignment with company standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
- Highly organized, creative, and a good team player with a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
